Alpha & Beta testing are the types of User Acceptance Testing. Alpha testing is done just before the end of the Software Development i.e. just before releasing the software to customer by the testers within the company. Where as Beta testing is done after releasing the application by clients or a particular group of end user who are not part of the company developing the software in the real live environment to get the feedback before releasing the software to all real time users.
